You know the value of making time to get outdoors for your physical and mental health. Health Hikes make it easy to schedule a morning hike in nature with a fun group - just minutes from downtown.
Join us once a month for 45 minutes of light cardio on a nature trail with one of our partner medical professionals followed by a brief group discussion on a current health topic. Learn about a different health subject each month while getting to know a trail, other hikers, and a little bit about KLT!
