Join us on the first Monday of each month for some light morning cardio hiking on a nature trail minutes from downtown. A 45-minute morning nature hike with one of our partner medical professionals will include a group discussion on a current health topic. Bring your water bottle and hiking shoes to start your month and week off with a refreshing hike in your community forest, Pine Street Woods.
