Folk Arts Faire

  • Kaniksu Land Trust 1215 Michigan Street Sandpoint, ID, 83864 United States (map)

Join us for a day of folk school fun at Pine Street Woods as we step back into time, into a world of folk skills and walk through what feels like an old time village of weavers, wood carvers, and other folk artisans all while the sounds of live folk music fill the woods and the smell of dutch oven biscuits waft on the breeze. Get your whole family’s hands busy with folk crafts you can bring home and memories you will never forget!

ARTISANS & VENDORS

Wander the forest path and see book makers, willow weavers, hide tanners, fiber artists, cobblers, spinners and more.

Have a chance to support local artisans in our old-time market.

ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES

Dip your own candle, make a corn husk doll, make hand-churned butter, do a leather craft project, weave threads into a loom and try your hand at various folk arts.

DUTCH OVEN BISCUITS

Stop by our cowboy corner for complimentary hot Dutch oven biscuits with homemade butter and local honey.
