  • Columbia Bank Community Room 414 Church Street Sandpoint, ID, 83864 United States (map)

You are invited to join your community in a discussion about housing solutions for our local area. A panel of experts on the community land trust model will share information about this potential solution with community input and discussion to follow. Michael Brown, Community Development Partner with Burlington Associates will share his decades of experience working with community land trusts to address housing issues. Katie Cox, KLT Executive Director and Erik Brubaker, City of Ponderay Community Development and Parks Director will chime in on how this can be implemented in our community. Your presence and input will be invaluable as we explore ways to deal with the housing shortage in Bonner County. The discussion will be facilitated by Lisa Gerber of Big Leap Creative.

The meeting is coordinated by KLT and Project 7B with generous support from Bonner County Human Rights Task Force and Selkirk Association of Realtors. Entry is free and refreshments will be provided.
